James chats with many other reality TV "characters" as well, and has a hilarious conversation with Playboy centerfold Iliana Fischer, who has a bone to pick with The Girls Next Door's (and Hugh Hefner's ex) Holly Madison, which Iliana explains in colorful detail.

At the opening party for "RuPaul's Drag Race" at the World of Wonder Storefront Gallery, James enjoys the bedazzling crowd - but unfortunately, due to some fire marshall shenanigans, many of the party-goers (including the party's VIP's RuPaul, Patricia Field and Charo!) can't get in! James hops around the party, both inside the gallery and on the street outside, where RuPaul is creating his own festivities surrounded by friends. Also at the party, James chats with many of the contestants from LOGO's "RuPaul's Drag Race" (debuting Monday Feb.2!), and many gender-bending and queer notables, including Constance, Kenny Scharf, Mathu Andersen, Santino Rice, Bobby Trendy, Squeaky Blonde, Fade-Dra, Maria Roman, Ginger Coyote, "Marco Marco"'s designer Ashton, the drag Britney Spears from "America's Got Talent" and many more.

In Part 2 of James' interview with RuPaul, they take a tour of RuPaul's most famous and iconic gowns, from the "Supermodel" dress to the Versace gown he wore when performing with Elton John, to the Bob Mackie creation he wore in his Vegas revue (also worn by Beyonce and Linda Carter!). They also discuss the personal blocks RuPaul had to overcome before he could achieve fame and success, and the tragedy of losing his mother on the same day he performed before millions during the LGBT March on Washington, DC, in 1993.
