While Shia LaBeouf's Eagle Eye continues to hold the top spot at the box office, the 22-year-old's actual eye isn't feeling so good. It's reported that LaBeouf was struck in the face (don't laugh) by shrapnel from an explosion on the set of the Transformers sequel shooting yesterday at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico. He was treated at the base clinic and required stitches to close a severe gash on his eyelid. "He's lucky he still has his sight," said a source. Director Michael Bay has already had to tweak the script to include the splint and bandages the star wore on set after breaking his hand in that car crash, now there's the cut above his eye. Perhaps Bay should just lose the film's subtitle, Revenge of the Fallen. (M&C)
