Poor Kate Moss was seen leaving the Ivy Club last night with the tip of her nose inflamed and scabrous. There are a number of ways it could have got that way. She left the club alone; she and steady boyfriend, Kills guitarist Jamie Hince, are on the outs and not speaking since the two had a very public argument at a club in Soho last week.
