Miley Is So Busted

The Los Angeles band Lustra is claiming that Miley Cyrus' song "Rockstar" sounds uncannily similar to the "Scotty Doesn't Know" track off their Left for Dead album. The band's guitarist Nick Cloutman said, "Although we are very flattered that Ms Cyrus took this route, we would have preferred some credit," and added that Lustra is mulling over various "options to rectify this situation." Cyrus' boss, Disney, has been informed. We think the band has a strong case. Take a moment to compare.
