During a routine checkup with his health professional, moley-faced actor Ewan McGregor was informed that the beauty mark under his right eye was cancerous. Sensibly, he had it cut off. ""It was great fun having skin cancer," he told the BBC. "I really enjoyed it." Turns out he was being sarcastic.
