The good news is that production has resumed on the Terry Gilliam film The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus, which had been near-scrapped due to the death of its star, Heath Ledger. Replacing Heath now are Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell, and Jude Law. But because the film is a far-fetched fantasy in the Gilliam manner and since Ledger had completed filming the "realistic" sections, Depp, Farrell, and Law will play physically transformed versions of his character when he passes into other worlds. At no point will Heath's work be modified or altered through the use of digital technology, promise the producers. And the bad news? Heath Ledger is still dead.
