Witness for the Persecution

In her custody battle against ex-husband Kevin Federline in an LA court today, Britney Spears will be facing a witness testifying that she took drugs in front of her sons, two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James. Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has also subpoenaed Spears' former bodyguard, her ex-personal assistant, her manager, and an ex-boyfriend to presumably testify against her. This new, "secret" witness was found by media shark Gloria Allred, who identified him only as "a man who’s had close observation of Spears' behavior with her kids. You may recognize him as we walk in court. But maybe not. He is not famous. He's just someone who is concerned about the kids." (Digital Spy)
