Florida man Michael Francis Wiley, 40, who lost both arms and one leg in an electrical accident when he was 13, starts his car with his toes, shifts with his knee, steers with the stump of his left arm, and turns on the lights with his teeth. He suffers from physical and mental health problems, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and pain related to his amputations.
