The Sun reports that British pop singer Lily Allen, 22, and Chemical Brother Ed Simons, 37, her boyfriend since September, are expecting a baby and plan to move in together. “Lily could not be happier," said a source. “It’s the icing on the cake for what has been an incredible 18 months for her. Lily is a real family person. Ed's very happy. He's really looking after her. She is looking forward to finishing her new album early next year and releasing it before the birth.” Allen will give up smoking, but Simons will continue being Chemical. (Photo: Xposure)
