Janet Jackson's fiancé Jermaine Dupri is refusing to let her join every single known member of the Jackson family – including Michael – on a 40-city world tour because he wants her in the studio recording a new album and doesn't want her associated with brother Michael because the King of Pop's gotten such bad press and is "just freaky."
