Well, who'd have thought rehab would not be immediately effective on Lindsay Lohan? Star magazine is saying that while she's been confined to the Cirque Lodge in Utah, Lohan's tested positive for cocaine, been combining prescription drugs to get high, and has arranged for friends to sneak her vodka in water bottles (her favorite open secret) while she’s attending outside AA meetings.
