Look at Us We're Slurring

At around 18 hours into 81-year-old Jerry Lewis' annual Labor Day telethon for his "kids" with muscular dystrophy, he referred to someone just off camera as an "illiterate faggot." At first, one thinks no one is watching so what he says doesn't matter, but the telethon raised a record $63 million over the weekend, indicating that people in fact are watching, causing us to wonder if the pledges increased in spite of his slur, or because of it? TMZ has the the Nutty Presenter playback.
