Faye to BlackWednesday, April 12, 2006 05:54 AM
We've just obtained the full series of angry phone messages that Hollywood legend Faye Dunaway made – in one day – to the producer of a television biography being assembled of her life. And so far she wasn't happy with any of it. It wasn't a question of "No wire hangers" – she wanted no Mommie Dearest at all And, please, no mention of that awful mess, that nonsense with Andrew Lloyd Webber, either. Why, she wanted to know, did he insist on concentrating on the negative, like her campy hit movies, when her fans would be more interested in the positive, like her obscure later work with Johnny Depp and Marlon Brando? She finally worked herself into a full-on tizzy, and told the producer not to call her again. We wonder if he did. (Listen in here)
