Ryan Gosling, A hero for our time

Over the weekend, Ryan Gosling – with muscles a-ripplin' – broke up a street fight on the corner of Astor Place in New York City. It's true. He's a real-life superhero. Sigh. Here's the cell phone footage taken by two giggly and wildly annoying girls. Seriously annoying. So annoying that when they finally realize that it's "the guy from The Notebook" and go in for a closer look, all we see are pink fingernails obscuring the lens. Hey girl, calm yourself.
