The reggae singer whose song "Boom Boom Bye" was a bouncy number about shooting gay men in the head, pouring acid on them, then burning them alive, has just received a 10-year prison sentence for possession with intent to distribute five or more kilograms of cocaine, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug-trafficking offense, and using the wires to facilitate a drug-trafficking offense. No rap on the hand for inciting antigay violence, but at least he's been put away. So that's one down and more to go. (via Towleroad)
