For Halloween, Ian Somerhalder (at left), who plays Damon Salvatore on the TV series The Vampire Diaries, dressed up as his character's brother on the show, Stefan Salvatore, played by Paul Wesley (at right), a fact tweeted by fellow cast member Nina Dobrev.
