Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams are getting raves for their (NC17!) portrayal of a couple trying to fix their crumbling marriage in Blue Valentine, while James Franco's tour de force role as a trapped rock climber in 127 Hours really shows HIS acting chops. As in CHOP! CHOP! CHOP! Oh, ha ha ha ha. Both movies are shoo-ins for nominations, but will our favorite prettyboys get nominated?
