Million Dollar Baby

All the many times we've seen this cute E-Trade commercial with the dubbed babies, we never once thought that the boyfriend-stealing "milkaholic Lindsay" featured in it was a winking nod to has-been actress Lindsay Lohan. She's way too cute. Lohan, however, is positive the baby girl is referencing her and she's suing the company for $100 million to ease her pain and suffering. Her lawyer (oddly, not Gloria Allred) claims Lohan has the same single-name recognition as the lofty likes of Cher, Oprah, and Madonna. "They're using her name as a parody of her life," she says. "Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan." Not everybody. (via NYPost)
