Little Taylor Momsen, 16 years old and smoking like a 17-year-old. So cool she gives us chills – and herself cancer. Since she's photographed here on location for her TV show Gossip Girl, we don't know if she's dressed as her character Jenny Humphrey or if this is the sort of outfit she buys for herself, but it's the only time we've ever liked her look – and in fact we love it, head to toe.
