This trailer for the documentary film 8 – The Mormon Proposition brought me to the edge of tears. The film by Reed Cowan chronicles the passage of Prop 8 in California and has recently been submitted to Sundance and other festivals. Producer Steven Greenstreet was a journalist in 2008 and covered Prop 8 extensively. After he left the news agency, he began working with the crew that made this film. Narrated by Dustin Lance Black.
