Where No Two Men Have Gone Before

Star Trek veteran George Takei and his husband, Brad Altman, will be contestants on the new season of The Newlywed Game on October 16 (they were married last September). It will mark the first time gays have been allowed to bicker on the hallowed-halls-of-holy-matrimony game show in its 43-year history. We're thinking if that doesn't show the government how ready the country is to let same-sex couples get married, live long, and prosper, then there's little hope.
