Vampire Diaries' Ian Somerhalder is totally wearing a wig

Well, first let me just say I lovedlovedloved the Vampire Diaries. And I wasn't alone. It was the CW's highest-rated premiere ever. Which isn't really saying that much, as the network is only two years old. But whatevs. I totally loved the entire cast. I totally fell in love with the little druggie boy. Big surprise, I know. I found the main vamp, Stefan, perfectly adequate as the brooding hunk. I even liked the main girl. BUT HERE'S THE THING: Ian Somerhalder is totally wearing a wig, y'all. He's pulling a Piven on us. Those are hair plugs or extensions or (most likely) a lacefront wig. Trust me. His hairline has been creeping back the last couple years now. I've been watching. Then suddenly, POW, he's back in the limelight with a thick thatch of black hair that's always conveniently hanging in his face. And all we get is long shots of him in profile, and when we do get the occasional close-up, it's cropped at his forehead. I admit I was wrong about little Blanket. That kid's just a long-haired, hippy freak. But this time I KNOW I'M RIGHT. Mark my words. And pay close attention. It's being re-run tonight, if you get a chance.
