When you think "sexy men of Gossip Girl" – and why wouldn't you? – you think Nate or Chuck or even Rufus, but Dan not so much. Now it looks like Dan's Penn Badgley is out to change that by drawing attention to his genitals in his upcoming GQ spread, a word he has taken literally.
